EmployeeTravels.co.uk is currently undergoing a server outage. All holiday packages booked between 16th May 2026 and 20th May 2026 will be automatically refunded to the payment method used at the time of booking.
No action is required on your part. Refunds will be processed as soon as our systems are restored. Please allow up to 5–10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive a confirmation email directly from us in relation to your booking and refund. Please check your inbox — including your spam or junk folder — for a message from noreply@employeetravels.co.uk.
If your holiday is with any other airline or provider, you are not affected by this outage. You can continue to check in using the confirmation email sent to you at time of booking — simply use your Booking ID directly on your airline's website or app.
